“Love you to the Moon and back” mixed media canvas by Aleksandra Mihelič using Little Wonderland collection

Hi dear crafty friends,

It’s Aleksandra from Papermade Fairytale with you today again. I was so so excited receiving new gorgeous papers from Bob’n Betty, designed by fabulous artist Niharika Gupta. I’m not a big consumer of papers with baby motives, but this one is gorgeous, believe me! all the beautiful watercolor elements and papers in it! I’ve decided to make a mixed media canvas for a baby room. I’ve made a starry sky and used one of the coordinating images that I fussy cut and a quote that felt perfect to go along.

Shabby Chic Cards for Valentine’s Day By Preeti Datta

Hi friends !

Preeti Datta (aka Dutt Preety) here, how’s it going? Hope you had a pleasant weekend.

The season of love is almost here and Valentine’s Day is fast approaching so for today’s post, I’d like to share Two Simple Shabby Chic Cards for Valentine’s Day. The aim was to keep the process  simple and use minimal supplies, hence, I did not use any art mediums except a little white gesso (as a lot of people do not have them or do not feel comfortable using Mixed Media Supplies). All I needed were some gorgeous Bob n Betty papers & a few embellishments from my stash.  I also wanted to keep the cards neutral and not overly “romantic” so that they could be used as valentine’s gifts for friends or relatives as well, therefore, I chose the sentiments, “with love” & “you are loved”.

Here is a photo collage of the two cards:

Synopsis of the Process:

Both the cards are 6 by 6 inches in size. I started by cutting the papers and distressing the edges. Layers were created with gauze, flowers, chipboards, torn & deckled pieces of paper, diecuts, twine & lace. The chipboards were not colored to help bring a little contrast and maintain the natural look. The flowers were slightly dry brushed with white gesso. To embellish the cards & keep the subtle look, a few gems and opal white liquid pearls were added.

Z fold Spinner Cards by Tanvi

Hello Friends!

Hope you are enjoying the “Little Wonderland” inspiration posts by my teamies. This is such a balanced & well coordinated set designed for all sorts of creations – mini albums, cards, layout & such.

I particularly love the critter collage sheet in this pack & noticed some critters are mirror images. I fussy cut these to use them as floating critters in Z fold spinner cards.

.

These are side folding cards measuring 4 1/4×5 1/2″. I have glued the pattern paper with an oval window panel to the card stock base, each in a color coordinating to the design paper. The sentiment was stamped on a die cut oval, a size smaller than the window.

For the spinning element, I glued the mirror image pairs back to back with the string between them. The critters spin when you open the card. Aren’t these fun!

Cute CAS Cards Designed by Preeti Datta, Using Little Wonderland

Hi friends !!

Preeti Datta (aka Dutt Preety) here. How are you today?

Have you seen the new paper collection released by Bob n Betty? Little Wonderland. It is such a darling paper pack that you will fall in love with it immediately. The paper quality is awesome, as always and its great for all kinds of paper crafting projects including baby albums, cards, gift bags, tags, boxes etc. My super talented team mates have been showcasing various ways of using the collection in the past few days, so please do check out all their posts for loads of ideas and inspiration.

Some of the unique features about this paper pack are that:

  1. There are tons of cute critters which can be fussy cut and used as focal elements (no stamping or coloring required)
  2. The color scheme is gender neutral so it can be used for both, baby boy and baby girl projects
  3. There are beautiful phrases and words which can be fussy cut to form the sentiments/titles (no stamping/chipboards required)

Today, I’d like to share 6 Clean and Simple (or CAS) Style Cards made using the beautiful Little Wonderland Collection. All these cards are standard A2 sized (5.5 inches by 4.25 inches). It was so much fun and addictive! I’m sure you’d love making cards with this collection as well, since everything coordinates so well that it is extra fun to put together 🙂

Essentially, I fussy cut the critters & sentiments to be the focal elements and the titles respectively. Then, I die cut some scalloped circles, rectangles, tags (basic shapes) etc using some of the pretty pattern papers and also white cardstock. Did some layering and mixed & matched the elements for each of the cards. Lightly colored some of the die cuts with distress inks, foam mounted some of the elements for dimension and used nuvo drops, twine and enamel dots as embellishments.

Here is a collage of the 6 CAS cards:

Hey Everyone!

This is Sampada and welcome to Bob n Betty blog..Today I am here with a very adorable Album to share with you, it’s bit different from my style yet I tried my best to make this really cute album and I hope you all can get some inspiration from this.

I have used newly launched “Little Wonderland” papers and I must say that these papers are so fun to work with. We generally get paper packs based on Baby theme..but this collection cannot be tagged as baby theme as it’s very much about the kids, so If you want to make album for your kids then this paper pack is perfect for that. So let’s see what I have created

Isn’t it cute?

I just loved the way it turned out and I really enjoyed every moment of making this album, and the most amazing part is the element sheet and journaling cards which will make you album more interactive. And not only the element sheet, but all the sheets also have adorable designs and you can fussy cut them and add fun elements to your scrapbook.

Let’s see some more pages,

I did a lot of fussy cutting to make fun elements and added it here and there, the colours are so soothing and when bring together they are giving beautiful result.

I played with lot’s of portions like, thunderbolt with cloud and the squirrel with umbrella & cute pandas climbing up the window etc.

Now coming on to the quality, so I will say that Bob n Betty treats every paper pack uniquely, they addresses the best quality they can give to us, and this time it’s more than the expectation. I will definitely congratulate Deepika & Niharika for coming with such unique theme. There will be some new thing you will find in this paper pack, like the texture is smooth and the paper have matt finish. The colours are so very well coordinating with each other that you this is not just a pack, it’s a complete package in itself and you don’t need anything extra to add while making the album.

So I hope, I have inspired you in some way and do try this paper pack. You can also give to your creative kids to make some cute cards and I am sure they will love it.

I hope you like this scrapbook and do not forget to share your comments below.

See you soon with some more creative projects.
